It's being called the 90 day Cult, or in twitter speak #90daycult. Basics are you have to work out everyday for 90 days (including holidays and weekends) for 20 consecutive minutes. If you aren't sweating by the end of this workout, you didn't do it right so find something else to do :) I don't think this challenge will be *too* hard for me because one of my goals here on SP already had 20 minute exercise 5 days a week. I'm just gonna have to be sure to find 20 minutes a day on the weekends, which shouldn't be too hard.
There is a blog where we all post what we did for the day and how long we worked out.. There are different times because some people have already been through the first level which is 1-90 days (20 minutes). They didn't get exactly to the weight that they wanted so they are starting again but at level 2 which is 91-180 days (30 minutes). There is also one person on level 3, and I'm guessing she is working out between 50 mins and an hour, I don't know for sure.

It actually started yesterday but I've been good this week and have been working out so even though I just joined today, I was still able to post my time for yesterday.
