Update Spring 2013

Dani is officially a month from graduation. I still can't believe that our little firecracker is about to embark on her own journey we call life. She's currently looking for a job, counting down days until graduation and then getting ready to head to San Marcos, TX in September. *wipe tears* The little girl that I met so many years ago is no longer little. She's a beautiful young woman and I can't tell you how proud I am of her in everything she has done and the way she has come through her trials life has presented to her.. Anyway, enough of the sappy talk..

In March, we were able to go watch her perform at MA Dance Nationals in Fort Worth. They did a very awesome job but didn't come away with the awards they expected. I think they did great and they should be proud of themselves no matter what other people say.

Last weekend was her Senior Prom and I think she looked gorgeous. Simply elegant.

 Now, we just have to wait until June when she finally walks across that stage and becomes a Permian High Alumni. I'm starting to cry just thinking about it! lol..
