First Week

Technically I haven't gone a week, but it *was* my first work week. I would have to say I did "ok". 

Not great because of the fact that I haven't exercised all week. I keep telling myself I'll get up early in the morning but then I don't get up until my 3rd alarm has gone off and I HAVE to wake up. Then I say I'm going to walk on the treadmill that night to make up for it, and I still don't. Main reason is being the treadmill is in the living room and baby's room is real close. He's a light sleeper and I wake him up every time I get on the thing. I really need to work something out, I know the diet won't work if I don't exercise, but between kiddo homework, work, cheer practice, and all the other 10 million things I do a day, I can't find a place to write down exercise. 

Eating-wise, I have done really good. I went over my calories on the very first day and some days I had trouble finding something to eat with protein w/o the calories, but other than that I did awesome. I drank my water. And I believe I only ate out once this week so that is a *big* deal for me. 

This weekend is going to be tough though. The weekends are where I don't give a crap and every meal I want to go get take out. I'm going to have to stick to my guns and go buy a bunch of groceries. If I spend alot in groceries, I know they'll go to waste if I don't do anything with them, so maybe that'll work. 

Well, I better get back to the working. I hoping to have a really good weigh in and blog for Monday.
